When ordering from outside of the US, during the check out process you will be offered the choice of two shipping options.
First Class International. This is the standard option, it is quite reliable and we have shipped thousands of times to over forty different countries, with very very few issues. Nevertheless please note that this service does not include tracking or confirmation of delivery. Shipping times can vary, to Canada and the UK is usually just over a week, Australia about two weeks. Other countries can vary considerably, as it depends on the efficiency of local postal services. In some cases e.g. Brazil, The Philippines , Eastern Europe, delivery has taken over a month.
Priority Mail. This is more expensive but it does use an expedited service, delivery times are quicker and there is a tracking option and delivery confirmation. So if you feel uncomfortable with reliability of your local postal services or need to receive the items quicker, this may be the better option.

We realized that shipping cost are often expensive as a proportion of item itself, but these fees are calculated by the shopping card system we use, based on a consideration of both weight and value. One way to significantly reduce the overall cost is to join up with others and place a bulk order.
